Bye-bye Vincent von Volkswagen.

Your old car, well, let's just say calling it a piece of SH** is being VERY generous. I'm glad you upgraded to an actual car this time. One that I bet actually uses a key to start :)

Sounds like you did your research and found a great deal. Used cars are fine if you know what you are getting and a 2007 isn't that old. Probably will last you 15+ years being a Toyota too. You'll outgrow it before it dies!
That's what I'm hoping! I wanted something that had a little more power (this has just regular windows and locks) but, I did my research and I wasn't going to get a newer car, lower mileage with all of that stuff for the same price. Especially in a Honda -- Honda's have a better resale value and are reliable too, but I didn't really want to buy a car with 50,000/60,000 miles on it already.

I'm so glad to see that Jetta go. Just about everything imagineable is breaking on it. The dealer insisted (without actually looking at the vehicle) that I should be able to sell it on craigslist or autotrader for $800... but I have a feeling we might just junk it. Despite the low mileage on it, it doesn't really have any other redeeming qualities. I guess the engine is still good, but it does need a tune-up because it's been riding a little rough lately.
DONATE IT! While it's a piece of junk, you can get a tax refund and maybe someone can get some use of it. Sometimes Goodwill and Volunteers of America will take cars. I'd check that out before just tossing it.

Andy's car doesn't have all the power features and that's for the same reason yours doesn't, we couldn't afford it at the time and wasn't worth it over other features.
I'll let John decide what he wants to do with it. I did throw out the idea of donating it already too. If anything, it can be used for parts.
Love the color!
Oh I know. I love this car the more and more I see it. It's so flippin' cute!
